This policy describes how Heneral Luna (“the App”) handles information when you use it on your device. By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who we are

Heneral Luna is a strategy game application. The operator / developer (“we”, “us”) can be reached at the contact details you publish with the app store listing or at your support email (add your address here when hosting this page).

2. Information the App may process

Depending on how you use the App, the following may apply:

• Local device data. Game progress (such as scores, currency, and display name) may be stored on your device only using local storage (e.g. SQLite). This stays on your phone unless you use online features that sync elsewhere.
• Online play. If you create or join online matches, match-related data (for example room codes, game state, and identifiers needed to pair players) may be processed by our game servers (such as a PocketBase backend) to run those sessions.
• Account sign-in (optional). If you choose to sign in with a provider (such as Google, Facebook, or similar), authentication is handled by that provider and/or Firebase according to their terms. We receive only what is needed to identify your session for the App.
• Audio. The App may play sound effects and music on your device. We do not use the microphone to record your voice for upload unless a future version clearly asks permission for that separately.

3. What we do not sell

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for third‑party advertising profiling in this App unless we later add such features and update this policy.

4. Service providers

The App may rely on infrastructure and SDKs (for example app hosting, authentication, or databases). Those providers process data under their own privacy terms and only as needed to operate the App.

5. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information in line with the nature of the service. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
